 چکیده:

درشرکتهای عمرانی به علت ماهیت پروژه محور بودن خود دارای حجم بالایی از منابع، اطلاعات و مدارک فنی و مهندسی است که در سطح بالایی از پراکندگی و جزییات در سازمان می باشد. از طرفی مدیران پروژه ها و پرسنل دفتری و کارگاهی برای تصمیم گیری های خود نیاز به دریافت اطلاعات صحیح و به موقع و آخرین ویرایش های فنی دارند که هرگونه نارسایی در ورود اطلاعات، پردازش و جریان آن، منجر به ایجاد مشکلاتی چون تاخیر در پروژه، دوباره کاری، افزایش هزینه های پروژه، کاهش کیفیت و ایجاد ادعا خواهد شد.با توجه به اینکه این اطلاعات در یک واحد سازمانی خاص ثبت، ضبط و نگهداری نمی شود، در این مقاله به اهمیت به وجود آمدن این سیستم در سازمان و پروژه ها اشاره شده است. در ادامه به تشریح گام به گام جهت طراحی و پیاده سازی سیستم مدیریت اسناد و مدارک مهندسی در سازمان پرداخته خواهد شد.نتایج حاصل از شیوه معرفی شده در بنیاد توسعه و عمران موقوفات استان یزد طراحی و پیاده سازی شده است.
